Your Opportunity

The Retail Mobility Business Analyst is a core member of the Kering Technologies Retail group responsible for ensuring high performance and best-in-class service for the retail applications used by luxury brands. With a focus on mobile and payments, the role provides functional expertise for the entire Americas region, support and coordination for world-wide programs and initiatives, as well as bringing process/functional improvements to an ever changing and demanding technology space.

How you will contribute

·  Support the overall regional mobile retail application landscape understanding main processes and relevant integrations
·  Recommend and support end-to-end payment processes for POS and MPOS
·  Maintain, enhance, and create technical and process documentation
·  Support and manage project and strategy work for retail
·  Act as an intermediary between business and technical teams
·  Manage problems and change requests for mobile applications
·  Research, advise, configure, and test new mobile retail systems and components
·  Contribute to process improvement
·  Configure and maintain retail lab environments
·  Advise and configure payment equipment for new store openings
·  Interact with central team to properly address regional business requirements and serve as the regional voice for the customer
·  Manage outside vendors and consultants
·  Provide support and training to support desk
·  Support Kering group multi-brand and shared-services approach

Who you are

·  Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting retail applications
·  Proficiency with POS systems, especially Xstore
·  Experience working with mobile application within retail
·  Proficiency in SQL systems and syntax, especially SQL Server
·  Deep understanding of payment technology, processes, and architecture, especially Verifone devices and FiPay
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Strong communication and team-building skills
·  Strength in quality testing processes and methodologies
·  Ability to manage and coordinate multiple vendor activities
·  Ability to multitask and manage one’s work
·  Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
·  Track record of delivering solutions using best practices such as Software Development Life Cycle, Service Level Agreements, Continuous Improvement
·  Proactive, logical, and detailed
·  Knowledge of luxury retail preferred
·  Experience with SAP CAR preferred
·  Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred
·  Knowledge of industry frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, and PMP a plus
