Your Opportunity
The SAP FICO Functional Analyst will join our team with responsibilities for coordinating all IT related activities in the Finance, Financial Planning, Controlling, Financial Reporting to ensure an effective and efficient operating environment. This role will work with various other departments within the organization, utilizing their knowledge of our business processes, to ensure that the SAP ERP system meets all business requirements. This role will coordinate and support SAP Global implementation team from our HQ in Europe and take over North America regional support after go-live.

How you will contribute
•    Define the regional FICO objectives with the stakeholders and project teams, to satisfy regional business needs
•    Engage with the business stakeholders of the region to assure proper buy-in process
•    Own and conduct system design sessions and align to operations processes
•    Keep the FICO tower in line with the strategic objectives according to the company’s needs
•    Ensure project activities definition and completion, respecting constraints and deadlines
•    Identification, analysis, and escalation of FICO-related constraints, risks and issues
•    Gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
•    Support the handover between project phase and system maintenance phase
•    Integrate FICO with all other SAP modules, and with existing legacy systems
•    Work with collaborative teams during  Hyper Care, post-go live steady state and strategic solutions
•    Identify new or improved business process opportunities, and evaluates them for adoption into the ERP environment

Who you are
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related area or information systems or equivalent working experience in finance
•    5+ years of SAP experience in Finance, Tax, Controlling, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting Management and Inventory Management Area
•    A good understanding of operational and financial processes within a company
•    Experience with at least 4-5 FLCs of ECC in the modules of Finance, Payables & Receivables, Costing, Treasury, Finance Supply Chain  desired
•    Understanding Agile and Waterfall project management methodology
•    Ability to lead and promote change in an environment of rapidly changing technologies and business processes
•    Strong skills in documenting the designs and processes. Knowledge of Visio a plus
•    Experience with Integration with other SAP modules and knowledge of Procure to Pay, and Order to Sales Cycle is preferred
•    Experience with Integration with Simple Logistics, Wholesale and Retail Operations is a big plus
•    Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery
•    Has at least one Greenfield implementation experience
•    Participated in ERP global deployments  covering NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC
•    Track record of successfully working with and delivering via large System Integrators
•    Skills in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and architecture are added advantage
•    Experience in Fashion/Luxury/Retail Industry is preferred
•    Familiarity in working with SolMan is preferred 
•    Certifications in SAP a plus
•    Language skills in Italian / French is a plus
