Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Network and Security Technical Coordinator who will report to Global Datacenter Operations manager

Global mission:

·  Ensuring that the Kering’s datacenter infrastructure and its services are up and running meeting SLA.
·  Ensuring that daily IT operations and service delivery are properly executed.
·  Day to day follow up, monitoring and supervision of network and security topics
·  Incident/Change and Problem management on the network and security area
·  Reporting and coordinating operational subjects and projects
·  Animate weekly technical operational committees with suppliers and outsourced contract

Strong technical knowledge on :

·  Relationship between application design, data, and infrastructure environment.
·  IT Infrastructure architecture and capability planning
·  Large-scale enterprise infrastructure networks and Interconnections
·  Networks architectures, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer, IPS/IDS, EDR, etc.
·  Cloud services (infrastructure as a service, platform as a service).
·  Business continuity and disaster recovery.

How you will contribute

Recurrent tasks :

·  Analysis of security events and propose evolutions to improve our architecture
·  Participate to weekly Operational committee with the managed service provider
·  Share best practices and standardize processes with brands and regions point of contacts
·  Manage and coordinate the suppliers and internal teams in case of incidents
·  Communicate of incidents and changes towards brands and management
·  You will mutualize resources, reduce TCO and centralized services

·  Incident Management
·  Define indicators and threshold to monitor and supervise the security level
·  Manage and coordinate suppliers and internal teams in case of incidents
·  Communicate (depending of the severity) toward brands and management
·  Communicate of incidents and changes towards brands and management
·  Manage and coordinate the suppliers and internal teams in case of incidents
·  Manage network and security services roll out.
·  Support project manager to validate operability with network and security scope
·  Manage maintenance (Hardware / Software) of the scope and related TCO for budgets
·  Group CISO collaboration and vulnerability management (Meeting, Scanning, remediation, etc)

Technical Coordination :

·  As a strong technician, you will provide technical leadership, create and manage infrastructure plan
·  Covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes monitoring, control and support
·  Deployment will follow standards according to IT roadmap, best practices and application needs
·  Bringing service delivery support to projects and major incident management
·  Establish and refine delivery processes while reporting and coordinating operational subjects
·  Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed
·  Participate in infrastructures projects and technical review meetings

Who you are

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in network and security technical domains

·       Ability to interface with suppliers

·       Good delivery specialist

·       Good communication skills (written and verbal)

·       English spoken and written capacities are mandatory (Intermediate level)

·       Strong interpersonal skills in developing strong relationships within Kering Technologies teams

·       Rigorous, need to pay attention to all details

Education:

·       Engineer degree
