• We are currently seeking a Senior HR Executive who will report to Compensation & Benefit Manager Kering as part of our dynamic team in China.

Your opportunity

The main role of this position will be a partner to serve our Brand – Gucci-, to provide professional HR services around transactional operations to better support Brand. This role will work closely with Brand HR team and respond in a timely manner.  In addition, this role is in a direct connection with both Brand office and retail team. Therefore, a strong working experience on HR C&B operation and a high level of communication maturity is required.

How you will contribute

·  Work closely with SSC GUCCI team to understand business processes and requirements.
·  Optimize and improve C&B policies and plans based on actual needs
·  Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including but not limited to on/off board, probation management, labor contract signoff/renewal
·  Be responsible for monthly/annual payroll calculation, report and distribution
·  Be responsible for updating &maintaining of payroll data to support relevant data analysis
·  Be responsible for employee attendance management, including leave, OT, store attendance etc
·  Handle routine employee inquiries with respect to C&B, HR policies, certificates etc
·  Prepare for period reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
·  Other ad hoc requests as assigned
