We are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our Hong Kong office, reporting to the Assistant Accounting Manager.
Job Description
How you will contribute
Key objectives:
· Perform O2C process for multi-brands including invoicing and Sales reconciliation
· Closely monitor the collection status for multi-brands
· Perform sales audit in inventory system
· Perform balance sheet reconciliation for O2C transactions
· Maintain proper filling and records
· Assist in accounting activities, e.g. sales audit
· Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by supervisor
Secondary objectives:
· Provide support on delivering Kering O2C transformation projects
Who you are
· Fast and Efficient, well organized, detailed oriented as well as a good team player
· Responsible and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Proficient in MS Office, exposure in JDE is preferred
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related discipline
· Minimum 3-year relevant accounting experience
· Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Accountant
