Job Description

How you will contribute

1. Expense Closing group companies

   - Book of all employee & store expense claims and vendor expenses

   - Prepaid Expense Schedule Management

2. Balance management

   - Check Account Payable due date

3. Annual Audit and Tax Related

   - Prepare supporting documents for VAT and W/H Tax filing  

- Support preparing documents for statutory audit and corporate tax return

4. Support finance manager and head of finance shared service center

    -  Ad hoc analysis requested

The above JDs can be changeable and Other tasks may be given

Who you are

·  B.A degree & Major in Accounting and Business Administration
·  Related career experience in finance and accounting area is preferred
·  Accounting and Finance Knowledge
·  Excellent MS Office skill, especially Excel
·  Good communication skill with others
·  Patience under hard-working environment and strong sense of responsibility
·  Good mannered, etc.
