Your opportunity

To gain work experience in the Finance department through a variety of activities that covers from the analytics to the daily basis operations in a dynamic environment.

How you will contribute

You will be supporting the Project Manager that works directly for the Group Kering CFO.

The main tasks will be:

·  Engage across all workstreams technical, reports and project management;
·  Find new, creative ways to adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to improve our current practices;
·  Assist the tutor on a variety of task such as: running reports, analyzing data (i.e. weekly sales and brand performances), improving current ppt presentations, etc ;
·  Analyze our current internal control in the headquarter along with the Internal Control Manager with focus on the Procure to pay function (eg. thresholds, approvers, etc.) ;
·  Taking part in meetings, establishing minutes, following up actions, synthesizing and analyzing them.

Who you are

You’re a team player. The importance of teamwork as coordinating with other financial teams such as Financial Communications, Reporting or Internal Control. He/she will likely collaborate with other colleagues and company employees.

You have a good communication. Communication occurs in a variety of ways, but the job will demand ability to write and speak professionally in both French and English. The ability to communicate effectively to relate well to others, or “people skills.”

You’re organized and you know how to plan and prioritize. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and recognize when it’s appropriate to multitask or focus on one project at a time.
