We are currently seeking a P2P Accountant who will report to the Finance Manager of Finance Shared Service SEA as part of our dynamic team in Singapore. As part of the Kering Group’s global finance SSC transformation program, the Accountant will support for Singapore office in the re-design and streamlining of SSC’s accounting payables processes (P2P) across South East Asia (“SEA”).

Job Description

How you will contribute
·  Perform day to day operations are carried out with focus on lead-time and strong controllership.
·  Drive towards continuous accounting plus fast close.
·  Provide spends data for necessary analytics and ensure business expenses are incurred in compliance with Brands policy. 
·  Ensure data/documents recording and retention comply to respective local laws across SEA.
·  Be able to work cross-functionally with the support of Finance Manager to formalize clear guidelines; to define, implement, and monitor AP operation and reporting processes/procedures that drive efficiencies, ease of use, scalability, integration with financial systems, end-to-end transparency, and an excellent user experience 
·  Ensure a high level of service quality is delivered to the Brands by tracking key operational performance metrics under the agreed timelines and service scope. Such performance will be measured by KPI as designated and aligned with signed service level agreements (“SLA”). 
·  Wherever required, support the Finance Manager in all P2P related areas during year-end statutory reporting including Audits, Corporate tax and GST submissions (including data substantiation of audit schedules, financial statements etc).
·  Provide key support to the Finance Manager on deployment of P2P transformation projects and/or payment solutions such as Esker, Corporate Cards and SAP-Concur, plus Internal Controls Framework (“COSO”).
·  Support SSC’s objective of becoming 100% paperless (re-designing controls, practices and processes)  
·  Any other ad-hoc assignments, from time to time.



Who you are

Technical skills and experiences

·  Accounting/Finance Diplomas at minimum. (Graduates and/or CAs are preferred but not a must)
·  Mid to Senior level (>10 years’ experience)
·  Strong AP background in Shared Service environment servicing multi-entities will be preferred.
·  Experience on managing transformational projects relating to financial systems and processes are preferred
·  Expected to be hands-on.
