Role Mission

                            

The Worldwide Supervisor of Entertainment Industry Relations will be responsible for the supervision of VIP attendance travel logistics for all fashion shows and major image events as well as budgets related to these events.

Key Accountabilities

·  Act as the project manager for 3rd party agencies related to five fashion shows, LACMA and worldwide image event for the coordination of all travel, accommodations and logistics for the global VIP guests;
·  Supervise all communication and requests between Gucci and agencies daily;
·  Identify hotel and room levels for all bookings, confirming hotel room blocks needed for global guests in conjunction with the agency;
·  Draft and manage the budget for fashion shows and global image events related to all VIP costs;
·  Oversee car, glam and grooming bookings;
·  Support in the organization of invitations, flowers and/or gifts to guests;
·  Oversee the run of show for guest on event day;
·  Follow up on all event related invoicing;
·  Reconciliation of budgets;
·  Support all travel booking for U.S. VIP’s and influencers as needed during the year;
·  Support VIP office with fittings on occasion;
·  Support in maintaining the department budget;
·  Travel for image events.

Key Requirements

·  BA/BS in Public Relations, Marketing or related degree;
·  At least 3-4 years’ experience working in hospitality, events, client entertainment and or public relations;
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook;
·  Solution oriented with strong problem skills;
·  Strong writing and communication skills;
·  Detail oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills including ability to prioritize and multitask;
·  Works well under multiple deadline pressure (often under minimal timeframes);
·  Strong administrative skills;
·  Positive and focused professional team attitude;
