Your Opportunity

…Is within the Inventory Control Team for EMEAIR Region. The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring the inventory and the stock movements working closely with the EMEAIR Finance Department.

Job Description

How you will contribute (key accountabilities)

·  Cost Control :
Supervision of allocation and replenishment flows, with a constantly monitoring
Supervision of periodic inventory phases in the Region
Periodic monetary evaluation of the warehouse stock, following company procedures, policies and methods
·  Analysis & Reporting:
Daily analysis of sales, allocation and return process review, reconciliations linked to stock movements and correction of discrepancies
Weekly reporting activities on stock movements: incoming goods, invoices, discounts, negatives on hand, gift, stock adjustments
·  Coordination Activities:
Logistic support for the shipments, the pick and pack process, monitoring of product delivery in store
Training in Store on inventory procedures
Work in strictly collaboration with internal team of Finance, Logistics and Retail as well as internal/external auditors

Things That Should Be in Your Background

·  At least 2 or 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
·  Degree in economics, managing engineer, statistics or related fields
·  Strong analytical abilities
·  Experience in using of Windows, Excel, and BI tools to monitor performances and KPI
·  Experience in using of SAP is a plus
·  Strong team-working skills
·  Detail oriented and extreme accuracy
·  Ability to lead cross-functionally
·  Availability to travel
·  Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of French or Spanish or German is a plus
