The Host will ensure that all the clients are welcomed to the store in a way that is memorable and engaging.

  Key Accountabilities

·  Welcome clients to the store
·  Recognise regular clients and greet in a warm and friendly manner
·  Directing clients to the appropriate sales associate or department
·  On hand to deal with any client queries
·  Provide information to clients about the store and surrounding area
·  Assisting clients upon exiting the store

Key Requirements

·  Ability to connect with people in a warm and friendly way
·  Excellent grooming, presentation and posture
·  Confident in dealing with different people and cultures
·  Customer service focused
·  A positive and courteous attitude
·  A confident and articulate communicator
·  Excellent team player 
·  Fluent in English
