We are currently seeking a RTW Order management Coordinator for Balenciaga who will report to the RTW Production Manager as part of our dynamic team in Novara.

La tua Opportunità

L’ Order Management Specialist ha la responsabilità della gestione e aggiornamento costante degli ordini di produzione. E’ il punto di incontro tra l’Ufficio Sales e l’Ufficio Pianificazione e Produzione.

Come potrai contribuire

·  Controllando ed inviando statistiche legate alla selling campaign;
·  Potrai gestire gli ordini a sistema (Color);
·  Gestirai l'aggiornamento degli ordini a clienti/commerciali;
·  Avrai la responsabilità della gestione degli ordini bulk/outlet;
·  Avviserai della possibilità di fare lanci di produzione;
·  Gestirai la traduzione codici doganali;
·  Analizzerai le statistiche di chiusura selling campaign

Chi Sei

·  Hai ottime capacità di comunicazione e di lavoro in team
·  Conosci in modo ottimo la lingua francese
·  Preferibile padroneggi come seconda lingua l' Inglese
·  Sei predisposto all’utilizzo di sistemi informatici (MS Office / AS400 / COLOR / TXT)
