Days worked are Sunday Thursday, Friday and Saturday

This is a fixed term contract starting in April 2020 and ending in September 2020

Duties & Responsibilities

What's the role about?
The purpose of this role is to guide our visitors around the gardens and enhance their experience, by telling our story in a positive and interesting way, sharing historical and horticultural knowledge
Promoting the wider Leckford Estate & Partnership

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing as a Water Gardens Tour Guide
- Greet customers and provide a positive, enjoyable customer experience matching JL customer service level expectations.
- Communicate to customers confidently, sharing interesting accurate information in presentations or conversations, and respond to questions.
- Take responsibility for ensuring customers are safe & comfortable during the tour.
- Ensure tours are punctual and the tour administration is completed.
