The pay range for this role will increase to £23,000 - £30,800 from 1st April.

Duties & Responsibilities

What's the role about?
The purpose of this role is to support the Technical Manager to ensure product safety, quality and legality in the milk processing unit, mushroom farm and rapeseed processing unit.

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing as a Quality and Technical Assurance Technologist
- Completion of internal auditing schedule, recording details of any non-conformances & associated corrective action. Completion of glass and hard plastic audit, daily QA checks and reporting incidents.
- Management of onsite laboratory and maintain associated quality manual and procedure documentation.
- Responsible for the onsite lab achieving accreditation
- Lab analysis of samples/swabs

Level 3 HACCP
Food Science or technology related degree
Experience of external audits such as BRC
Previous QA experience
