Function: Accounting / Finance
Title: Part Time Student - Accounting - Moline, IL - 58292 

Your Responsibilities

·  Perform tool crib audits and support other internal control activities
·  Identify and implement efficiency improvements for the accounting department including standardization of documented procedures
·  Assist with monthly closing activities, overhead budget reporting and analysis
·  Prepare annual tax transfer pricing documentation
·  Create Authority for Disposal (AFD) documents

What It Takes

·  Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, basic accounting principles
·  Pursuing a four year degree in Accounting with a minimum of 6 hours in accounting courses completed
·  Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
·  Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
·  Graduation date of December 2020 or later 
·  Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
·  16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
·  35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester

A Strong Candidate Will Also Have

·  Basic accounting principles
·  Experience working on teams
·  Strong communication skills
