Job description



Providing Excellent Client Service

You will ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services based on the agreed Individual performance objectives. To do so, you will provide comprehensive and best-in-class management services to run day-to-day operations and services of our client’s corporate office facilities. You will manage and maintain consistent high-quality service levels in line with SLA’s and KPI’s, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our client’s workplace.

You will assist the Senior Facilities Manager in achieving the account’s targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators as agreed with the client. You will be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities such as the following:

·  Vendor and Contract Management
·  Facilities Operations and Improvements
·  Financial Management and Savings Initiatives
·  Procurement and Risk Management
·  Customer Service & Client Relationships
·  Reporting, Training, Staff Management and other responsibilities assigned by Senior Facilities Manager

Managing Projects

You will support major and execute minor internal projects (and moves/adds/changes) from start to finish, including tender process, procurement, project planning & execution, staff communications, risk management, quality supervision and project updates/reporting (If required). You will conduct space research/planning, identify efficiency opportunities and drive space occupancy improvements (FMS). In addition, you will manage vendors/contractors in project delivery. In the grand scheme, you will deliver projects in accordance with client requirements and policies and procedures, as well as within established budgets.

Champion Health and Safety

You will drive efforts to build and maintain an environmentally sustainable, healthy and safe workplace. You’ll provide safety support to all projects, ensuring they all meet our own established standards and that of local safety regulations. Specifically, you’ll conduct safety review meetings with project and design team at the initial stage of the project. As well, you’ll ensure that all high-risk activities have proper safety work method statement (SWMS). Additionally, you’ll promote workplace safety by performing site inspections, risk reports, timely safety-related corrections etc.  

Space Planning

You will conduct space planning to identify efficiency opportunities and drive space occupancy optimization through space data reporting (FMS). You will be responsible to prepare reports, maintenance of accurate employee and floor plan information, lead meetings in managing space requirements, re-organization updates, project move planning etc.

Site Operations Management

You will assist and work closely with the Workplace Experience Associate to ensure smooth operations of building, electrical and mechanical services. Y

Experienced

You have a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business/Facilities/Engineering Management or equivalent qualification with a solid health, safety and environment background. 3 to 5 years of experience in Property, Project or Facilities Management with certified safety license.

Proficient

You possess the technical know-how and experience with performance based service contracts and vendor management. You are expected to be well versed in project safety systems, processes, tools and best practices - ultimately, applying such resources in the delivery of flawless projects.

Competent

You have strong organizational and time-management skills and demonstrate the ability to create and drive new initiatives. You are a strategic thinker with strong solving skills, a passion for quality and have an eye for detail.

People Person

You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a customer-oriented mind-set and attitude. You also have strong interpersonal skills that translates into being a great team-player with the ability to assume a leadership role and delegate tasks effectively.
