Job description



Accountabilities

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

· 
●  Contribute to creating a customer focused environment consistent with Atlassian values and the WE team’s secret sauce “How WE Roll”

· 
●  Demonstrate continuous effort to improve service delivery and customer service levels

· 
●  Work cooperatively and jointly with internal (departments) and external (vendors) contacts to provide quality customer service to staff

· 
●  Responsible for coordinating and facilities in the MTV office

Facilities

· 
●  Along with team, oversee repair and maintenance activities

· 
●  Perform inspections and maintain facilities records

· 
●  Manage and monitor site work ticket queue

· 
●  Coordinate Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental activities

· 
●  Support move activity at the site(s)

Human Resources

Communications
● Communicate with team and client frequently and effectively
● Be prepared to communicate with all levels of management within the business (C-

Suite level site)
● Emails alerting Atlassians of site facilities activities
● Create and maintain blogs
● Create and maintain site playbook and web pages
● Update work tickets
● Monitor and update site specific and global chat rooms

Finance
● Support spend activity
● Manage backup and paperwork for spend
● Actively participate in site budget process
● Actively seek and document cost savings opportunities

Guest Services
● Participates in guest services and customer service coverage
● Support badging process and associated technology
● Manage and participate in desk coverage (including security scheduling)

Events
Support Event Lead in the planning and delivery of internal events and celebrations e.g.

● Monthly celebrations, TGIF ● Monthly social
● Monthly Lunches
● User groups logistics

● Party in a box
● Ad hoc Atlassian requests.
● Organizing Team Building activities for Atlassians

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

●  Demonstrate the ability to make the customer feel that they are the only guest, and

●  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

· 
●  Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

· 
●  Sound computer skills including willingness to learn Atlassian software products and

tools

· 
●  Ability to work with fellow colleagues and other wider team members

· 
●  Build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors
