Role Purpose

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our team to assist us in delivering a great service for our client. The role will support the account with administrative duties to keep up to date and accurate records for both JLL and the Client allowing our contract and it’s performance to run smoothly. A keen eye for detail is required so any anomalies or non-performances are highlighted and escalated as necessary.

What this job involves:

·  Provide administrative services and support to the Facilities Management team, which include:
·  Maintaining account records to ensure auditable information is available and up to date
·  Maintaining training records for the EMEA team
·  Electronic filing and archiving unused files
·  Ensuring site information is reviewed and up to date
·  Management of account documents (version control, hierarchy)
·  Escalation of anomalies and non-performance to SMT
·  Ad-hoc duties to support the Account team as required

JLL EHS Admin

·       Collation and submission or information from EMEA team to submit monthly reports

·       Management of site EHS QRG information & documents

Client EHS Admin

·       Collate and update First Aider and Fire Warden information for all EMEA offices

·       Support EMEA offices organising and booking First Aid and Fire Warden courses

·       Updating and maintenance of client crisis contact records

·       DSE database record management

Account Director

·       Travel booking and diary management

·       Expenses submission

·       Assistance with preparation of monthly reports

·       Action tracking for meetings

Skills/Competencies

·     Strong PC literacy (Excel – Intermediate or above)

·     Data analytics and report generating experience

·     Good attention to detail

·     Ability to work to own initiative as part of a large team

·     Good interpersonal and communication skills

·     Good oral, written and presentation skills

·     Ability to work under pressure and balance conflicting deadlines

·     Above average organisational skills
