Job description



Client Service

·  Establishes strong trusted relationships
·  Proactively assists clients in managing real estate portfolio to achieve cost reduction, financial occupancy optimization, monetization, and other client goals
·  Monitors and evaluates implementation programs against strategies and provides timely reporting of the effectiveness of strategy against implementation

Qualitative Analysis

·  Evaluate client building alternatives
·  Evaluate lease options
·  Devise and promote creative data visualization to drive actionable intelligence
·  Create monthly presentations updating client’s internal stakeholders on transaction pipeline

Financial Analysis

·  Prepare detailed analysis, including NPV cash flows and P&L analysis
·  Prepares complex financial analyses (e.g. headquarters, master plans, lease backs, etc.)
·  Integrates complex occupancy scenario planning into financial analysis
·  Understands and communicates impact of lease accounting on viability of transaction.

Due Diligence

·  Review, understand and abstract complex real estate documents as part of the team’s underwriting and due diligence process
·  Collaborates with project managers, technology specialists, and portfolio managers to ensure strategy captures all necessary components.
·  Writes and tracks client’s internal approval documents through final approval.

Reporting

·  Updating reports, presentations, and analyses
·  General and ad hoc reporting as needed to support transaction activities
·  Financial accounting and reporting
·  Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Education/training

·  Bachelor’s Degree
·  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field

Years of relevant experience

·  1- 3 years
·  3 years

Skills and knowledge

·  Financial, Analytical and Reporting Skills
·  Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
·  Presentation skills
·  Experience with other data and statistical applications (PowerPivot, Tableau, SAS, Access)

Other abilities

·  Attention to detail
·  Organization Skills
·  Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
·  Work independently or within a team
·  Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with senior business executives and clients
·  Basic understanding of real estate terminology

Certifications/ licenses

·  Real estate brokerage or salesperson license
