Integrated Facilities Management - Singapore

What this job involves :

·  Operation and Maintenance of all Facilities equipment such like ACMV,Pumps, Mechanical fans, AHU,FCU, Chillers, Compressor, Roller shutters, Security systems etc..
·  Operation and weekly and monthly Maintenance Fire Protection system..
·  Supervise and manage building operation, landscape, pest control, and Janitorial.
·  Create and Maintain PM and CM work orders in Corrigo.
·  Monitor the outside contractor’s performance and work closely with vendors to ensure whether the work is completed according to specification Such like Chillers, Compressor etc.

Certified and experienced

Are you certified to do electrical or mechanical repair? Have you worked in a facilities and maintenance role before? If yes, then you are who we’re looking for!

Good-natured and customer-oriented
