Job description

·  公共区域的电力，空调，专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
·  检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；
·  协调设备供应商的现场整改工作；
·  根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
·  设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作。

Sound like you? What are we looking for?

·  高中（中专）以上学历；
·  具有电工操作证，有空调冷冻上岗证优先；
·  会电脑操作，办公软件使用；
·  具有中央空调设备操作、维修工作经验3年以上；
·  有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读图纸者优先；
·  具有积极主动地工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作。
