Technician

Job description

1.负责客户现场设施设备维护、保养、安全运行及节能工作；

2.现场设施小维修，如五金、家具、油漆涂料等；

3.小设备维保跟踪并建档保存；
4.每天巡检并提交报告，配合客户进行一系列改善工作；
5.严格执行定期、定时巡回检查工作制度；

6.负责责任区的检查、检修工作；

任职要求：

1.要求具有电工证或空调证。

2.有大型物业工作经验者优先
