Role Purpose

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Coordinator who can support the UK Regional Account Team in EMEA Corporate Solutions team. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support to the department, including travel & meeting arrangement, diary management, fielding telephone queries, expenses, general admin duties and providing cover to other sub teams within the department when required by holidays or sickness.

What this job involves

·  Providing general administrative support to a growing team
·  Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
·  Organising national and international travel using the Company’s travel agent or booking directly with suppliers
·  Diary management
·  Preparation of Power Point presentations and client deliverables
·  Preparing team expenses for senior team.
·  Assistance on recording holiday and sickness forms for team.
·  Typing, formatting and printing reports to be sent to clients
·  Preparing appendices to reports, including digital mapping software and Excel spreadsheets
·  Supporting team with data collation
·  Typing and other general correspondence
·  General office duties, including maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, document scanning, etc.
·  Maintaining basic Excel Spreadsheets
·  Attending to emails, letters and telephone messages from clients and colleagues, and telephone liaison; answering calls on behalf of the team
·  Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
·  You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require

Sound like you? To apply you need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

·  Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook and knowledge of MS PowerPoint
·  Able to work to deadlines, producing work in a timely and efficient manner
·  Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
·  The candidate must demonstrate the ability to establish good relationships with both clients and team members
·  Ability to work at a fast pace with energy and enthusiasm
·  Discrete and can always be relied upon to maintain full confidentiality
·  Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude and keen problem-solving skills.

Experience

·  Experience of working in a large and fast paced team
·  Experience of invoice production and tracking procedures
·  Experience of formatting documents and reports
·  Proven ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary i.e. staff travel
