Role Title

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Role Purpose

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will provide support the by undertaking Talent Acquisition activities and co-ordination relating to the Talent Acquisition requirements.


Internal: Talent acquisition Partners/Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Head of Talent Acquisition & regional HRBP team, business Managers,

External: External recruitment agencies, External candidates,


Ensure Workday processes are managed in line with best practices and internal guidance

Support the Talent acquisition team to advertise new open job requisitions both internally & externally ensuring we represent the organisation and Team professionally at all time

Build & Manage data and Management information dashboards, and be the owner of top quality data metrics

Create training and best practice documentation as required

Schedule interviews with both Hiring managers and candidates

Create accurate and timely offer letters where applicable

Undertake all talent acquisition activities in accordance with agreed compliance standards

Provide a high-quality candidate experience

Ensure compliance with current and future legislation around data protection and security (e.g. ISO27001/ GDPR/ DPA)

· An understanding of recruiting practices and administration
· Good interpersonal, communication, and team skills
· Strong client service orientation
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
· Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative and work with minimal direction
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently
