Integrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:

·  Need to be culturally sensitive, and perform work ethically and with integrity.
·  Assist Hospitality Supervisor to manage equipment, stock inventory accurately and pantry supplies. (I.e., Air pot, ordering of drinks, coffee bean etc.)
·  Ensure client floor pantry is being top-up promptly
·  Ensure all crockery are wash and restore back to the destined place
·  Setting up to user requirement in the training rooms and provide beverages to them.
·  Check, and tidy all the individual training rooms.
·  Refresh training rooms before next event arrival.
·  Prepare lunch area by setup and set down for events.
·  Escort caterer to the destined training room.
·  Ensuring all food & beverage are delivered to clients in a timely and professional manner before their event.
·  Build and maintain good relationship with clients and the relevant departments.
·  Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
·  Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Hospitality Supervisor or Manager.
