We are currently seeking a Recruiter with Summer Intern Program Management Experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our team’s priorities are:

·  Providing white glove recruiting service to our internal clients and stakeholders
·  Supporting the exponential growth of our business by providing top, diverse talent
·  Promoting JLL’s brand, values, and culture
·  Applying new technology and data to drive change

What this job involves  

Full Cycle Recruiting

·  Provide full cycle recruiting support for the Multifamily, Flex Space, International Desk and National Investor Accounts Team business lines through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals and negotiating offers for internship and full-time roles
·  Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
·  Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality candidates, leveraging ATS and CRM tools
·  Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with diverse skillsets and perspectives by leveraging your professional network
·  Build and maintain relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top diverse talent
·  Market JLL’s attributes to candidates and encourage candidates with diverse skill sets and perspectives to join our team
·  Skilfully promote our brand, values and culture in every connection
·  Regularly analyze and report your successes

Summer Internship Program Management

·  Work closely with HR Business Partners to enhance, implement and manage Summer Intern Program across the Markets organization
·  Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to determine entry-level hiring needs, and develop external relationships with key schools, diversity partners, student organizations and alumni networks
·  Track campus activity, events, and hires to determine the ROI on-campus strategy
·  Come up with innovative solutions to attract and retain diverse entry-level talent to our industry-leading company

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

Education and experience

·  A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
·  3+ years of experience recruiting with at least 2 years of experience leading a Summer Intern Recruitment program
·  Exhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires to an organization
·  Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously
·  Recruiting experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Construction Project Management a plus
·  Tech forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems; Workday and Avature experience a plus
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience a plus
