What this job involves

You will be the first point of call for our Wellington CBD office where you will ensure all visitors receive a warm and welcoming greeting.  This is also a great opportunity to utilise your administration skills and develop your career within a global property organisation. 

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing –

·  Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office and advise the appropriate staff member(s) of their arrival.
·  Answering telephone calls promptly and transfer to the appropriate person or take messages as required.
·  Keep the reception area, staff kitchen and meeting rooms tidy at all times. 
·  Checking and signing off all invoices relating to the day to day running of the office.
·  Provide support around events for property industry, client functions and internal functions.
·  Book flights and accommodation as required
·  Process Amex/Expense claims for Project and Development Services.
·  Be in the lead organiser for all Project and Development Services client and internal functions, working alongside the Directors of the department.
·  Debtor Management and Invoicing as and when required for your departments.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and agile individual with a positive outlook. You will maintain a high standard of professional communication, mature attitude and personal presentation

To succeed in this role, you will have a high attention to detail, be deadline driven with great organisational and time management skills.  You will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and find it easy to pick up new systems and technology. You will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and whilst you are a team player, you can be relied upon to work autonomously. 

You’ll be able to think on-the-go and collaborate well with multiple internal and external stakeholders.  Your strong written and verbal communication skills and strong work ethics are a must, and previous corporate or property experience will be highly regarded.
