Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world’s leading organizations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions. We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety.

What this job involves:

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administration to join our team and work onsite at a well-known international healthcare and electronics company! Our ideal candidate thrives on dealing with a multitude of people; including clients, contractors, & colleagues. We are seeking someone to bring their positive attitude, excellent phone manner, strong admin skills and natural spark to this position.

Key responsibilities:

·  Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff and visitors
·  Ensure prompt operation of the switchboard and that all phone queries are directed to the correct people.
·  Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
·  Ensure that all conference rooms are cleared promptly and kept in a pristine condition
·  Assisting with training room and meeting room bookings
·  Collect and/or receive mail and courier deliveries, receipting in register and contacting relevant staff
·  Maintaining register of visitor cards, key and staff cards.  
·  On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises
·  General and adhoc administrative duties

·  Previous experience in a Corporate Receptionist role
·  Ability to learn new systems quickly
·  Ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organization from CEO to cleaning contractors
·  Self-motivated
·  Good computer skills
·  Attention to details
