About the role:

An opening exists for an experienced and professional Receptionist looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award winning Wealth Management and Investment Bank with locations in both Central and TST. You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment, has an exceptional phone manner, high standards of personal presentation, and a positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the business, then this is the right opportunity for you.

What this job involves:

As a Receptionist, you will play a key role within the Receptionist team. Reporting to the Assistant Receptionist Supervisor, you are the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public. Ensuring the experience provided is seamless, welcoming, professional, aligned to the highest standards required by JLL and our client is paramount.

·  Provide excellent customer service at all times
·  Provide high standards in client service delivery via f2f, telephone and email communication adhere to the client’s six success factors 
·  Foster a friendly, pro-active and productive manner towards customers
·  Ensure all client requests and inquiries are actioned and answered promptly, accurately and in a professional manner
·  Handle telephone switchboard- both internal and external to the organisation
·  Coordinate the efficient and accurate booking of meeting rooms via an EMS system. Collaborate with AV and Catering teams to satisfy additional meeting requirements.
·  Provide daily support the Catering team- assist with event planning and coordination
·  Adhere to procedures and processes as well as manage client expectations and anticipate their needs
·  Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and back office.
·  Liaise with Building Management Office and internal teams to ensure the Client Floor is well maintained and presentable at all times.
·  Manage visitor pre-registration and also provide escorting services for any unregistered visitors
·  Ad hoc duties as requested by management

The ideal candidates will have an awesome attitude and high attention to detail, ready to take on any given task!

·  High level of attention to detail particularly in high volume and pressure environment
·  Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
·  Excellent personal presentation, ensure the upkeep of the Receptionist uniform and adhere to the established grooming standards
·  Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of stakeholders, include but not limited to senior executives and professional staff
·  Collaborative team player and ability to work independently under matrix supervision
·  Desired experience in financial/investment bank services or 4 to 5 start hotel or corporate reception/customer service role
