PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Capital Markets team based in Chicago, IL. The Project Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing and executing projects to help support the Capital Markets leadership and team members meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a high focus on client service and attention to detail.  
 
Qualifications

·  Candidate should be a self-sufficient individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. 
·  Possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
·  Ability to learn and adapt easily to different computer software programs.
·  Ability to multi-task and/or shift focus in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
·  Highly organized.
·  Ability to prioritize and balance workload to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, with strong attention to detail.
·  A high energy individual who can balance speed and accuracy.
·  Ability to anticipate upcoming projects and needs of the team.
·  Must possess a positive attitude and demeanor.
·  Must be a team player who deals effectively with co-workers and clients.
·  Must be able to work a flexible work schedule as necessary to accommodate fluctuating business demands.

 
 
Responsibilities Include:
 
Marketing:

·  Support RFP process & marketing campaigns (includes preparation of offering memorandums & BOV’s). Extensive use of Adobe In-Design required
·  Create and distribute Eloqua email blasts (internally and externally)
·  Compile photos (interior/exterior)
·  Update Bios

 
Research:

·  Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into project specific deliverables and valuation models
·  Research companies, landlords, and tenants

 
Deal Management:

·  Manage Client First (CRM)- creating/updating lists
·  Utilize Microsoft Project to create deal project plan/timeline
·  Manage and provide access to JLL Connect
·  Dealio/CapLink Management - create deal, update splits, and complete close-out in systems
·  Manage deal expenses
·  Collection of Confidentiality Agreements
·  Create project case studies
·  Create deal tombstones
·  Review due diligence documentation and draft abstracts

 
 General & Administrative:

·  Attend client conference calls
·  Complete team expense reports
·  Maintain and manage contact database in Outlook and web-based CRM program
·  Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities, as needed

 
Competencies:

·  Advanced computer skills- Internet SharePoint sites, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook), Adobe Creative (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver), Eloqua, CoStar, and JLL Systems and databases
·  Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities at one time for team members
·  Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
·  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
·  Flexible - ability to work with a variety of personalities and competing demands
·  Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments

Minimum Credentials:

·  Bachelor Degree
·  Advanced Microsoft Office product knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook) is a requirement
·  Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a requirement
·  Website and ecommerce design, project management and development experience is a plus
