We are currently seeking a Project Account Coordinator (PAC) to join our Project and Development Services (PDS) team. Our team’s priorities are:

What this job involves

Supporting industry changing projects

As a Project Accounting Coordinator at JLL, you will be directly responsible for financially supporting a construction project from kick-off to closeout.  forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. In addition, you will need to be organized, proactive, flexible, and adept to multi-tasking and being able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and experience

·  Associate Degree in Accounting preferred
·  0 – 2 years practical experience
·  Excellent verbal and written communications skills  
·  Accounting experience, construction experience or previous real estate support roles for project managers, preferred

Basic Job Duties
 

·  Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects
·  Support assigned projects financially throughout the project’s lifecycle this includes, but in limited to;
·  Processing of project budgets and changes
·  Reviewing proposals against Vendor contracts for Compliance and Client financial requirements
·  Processing Purchase and Change orders
·  In depth review of General Contractor Payment Applications for compliance which includes required backup documentation (Trackers, Lien Releases, etc.)
·  In depth review of vendor invoices and processing into financial system
·  Attend program and project calls to support assigned projects
·  Assist Vendor, Client and Project Manager with questions on Purchase Orders, Change Orders and Invoice processing
·  Identify best practices, process improvements and opportunities to support project delivery and operations
