What This Job Involves

JLL is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its winning team of professionals in the Playa Vista client site.

Primary Responsibilities

•    Partners with business units to organize quality of life events; to include birthday celebrations, company celebrations and annual events. 
•    Assists in maintaining office appearance, meeting and event set up, coordination, tear down and clean up. 
•    Assists Facilities Manager with coordination and implementation of employee wellness programs.
•    Supports with miscellaneous administrative responsibilities for teams and team leaders
•    Assists with planning, coordinating, estimating, and scheduling maintenance and building projects.
•    Responds to employee inquires and requests. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to employees. Follows up with employees to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications:

•    Minimum High School Diploma, College preferred.
•    Three (3) years administrative or office experience in related field desired. Experience with a gaming or technology based company preferred. 
•    Task management (Overseeing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with high level of output) 
•    Listening and learning (Assess priorities quickly, become proficient with protocol and culture)
•    Problem solving (Takes initiative, looks for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges) 
•    Office technology (Internet tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•    Ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
•    A polished and professional demeanor
•    Familiarity with service request ticketing systems (Jira, Service Now) a plus. 
•    Familiar with reading and understanding construction documents and architectural drawings necessary.
