招聘岗位介绍:

·  负责会议室多媒体系统和音视频设备的软件硬件维护和其他会务事宜。

岗位具体内容：

·  会议室设备管理、布局规划、多媒体技术支持；
·  会议室装修改造管理，设备设施验收及调试；
·  会议服务基础工作，重要会议保障，故障受理，技术支持；
·  会场设备配置及数量管理；
·  其他上级安排的工作。

·  大专以上学历，计算机、网络信息相关专业优先；
·  熟悉办公室会议室的多媒体设施设备工作原理及其管理流程，具备基本商务信函写作能力及较强的书面和口头表达能力；
·  熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件；
·  工作仔细认真、责任心强。
