What this job involves

We are currently seeking an organised and dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver on all areas of marketing and communications for JLL NZ. In this role you will be Managing the work flow of our marketing team to ensure deadlines are met and internal clients are notified on progress.

Here’s a snapshot of the role:

·  Scheduling content to promote social committee events, recent agent deals and company-wide updates;
·  Managing incoming invoices and expensing to the correct departments,
·  Working with the wider marketing team, specifically in the content and digital areas, to provide resource for their respective projects as required
·  Liaising with external suppliers such as media representatives and PR
·  Assisting with ad hoc administration for the Research team as required

This role is all about organisation and attention to detail so the ability to prioritise and multitask is a must! You’ll also have strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, and your experience in dealing with a diverse range of personalities and work pressures will ensure you excel in this role!

You will ideally have a degree in Marketing and an added bonus will be if you’ve had experience in copy writing, data analysis or working on digital campaigns.
