Job description



Job Summary:

This position will support the operation, inspection, and maintenance processes of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other related building systems within an assigned facility. Assist peers as well as the ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks such as reactive work orders, preventative maintenance work orders for building systems to include interior, exterior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

·  Comply with all safety of JLL and client procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas
·  Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them
·  Compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws

Tool responsibility

·  Performance of ongoing preventive and reactive work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and other components
·  Performs assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations
·  Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

·  General office maintenance
·  Repair doors 
·  Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as needed/requested
·  Patch and paint
·  Replace lamps and ballast
·  Clean HVAC coils, change HVAC filters and belts
·  Minor plumbing including unclogging drains, water leaks, etc.

Other tasks as assigned

·  Complete hazard assessments as necessary
·  Must complete all required safety trainings as scheduled
·  Safe driving and operation practices at all times
·  Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
·  Perform Vehicle Safety Inspection
·  Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials
·  Financial responsibilities to include support of management and client
·  Update work order status in real time
·  Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo, Maximo and asset tracking programs for all work performed
·  Escalating problems or issues to customer and team lead/manager in a timely manner
·  Attend work and safety meetings as required
·  Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
