Job description



Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.

We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.

What this job involves:

·  You'll join our biggest client - who are a key player in the telecoms industry - on site in their CBD Office
·  Assisting the Lease Administration Manager
·  Managing Cost Savings and Avoidance relating to Outgoings reconciliations
·  Monitoring lease administration projects

·  University graduate (Commerce, Finance or Real Estate background) and at least 3 - 5 years relevant work experience;
·  Strong attention to detail;
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
·  Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
·  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
·  Positive approach to meeting client needs;
