Associate Project Manager

JLL is seeking an experienced FMS Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding team of technology professionals!

What this job involves:

Successful candidates will have experience managing large / medium projects and maintaining all aspects of project plans including:

·  Timeline management
·  Issue Resolution and escalation
·  Communications & status reporting
·  Vendor Management
·  Risk Management
·  Stakeholder Management
·  Resource Management
·  Deliverable Management
·  Scope Management
·  Demonstrated ability to focus on several different projects while still maintaining attention to detail
·  Utilize project management skills to ensure successful software implementation process, including development and execution of project plans and ensuring internal organizational readiness. This requires the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
·  Prepare meeting minutes for all scheduled or ad hoc meetings where key decisions are made that will affect project scope, schedule or budget.
·  Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
·  Help translate product specifications and business processes between clients and internal technical team
·  Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
·  Ensure that issues and action items are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
·  Support user acceptance testing processes to ensure that product requirements are fully satisfied
·  Work with internal stakeholders to execute project plans while developing best practices to facilitate high-quality software releases

·  Experience with FMS:Employee (formerly Asure Resource Scheduler) preferred however experience with other enterprise-class IWMS platforms or technology may be considered.
·  Experience or understanding of real estate, facilities management, maintenance and operations, capital projects and condition assessments preferred
·  Extreme attention to detail and top organizational skills
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Solid Project Management knowledge / aptitude
·  Experience working as a Project Manager in a professional services organization for a growing software company preferred, however experience with large scale / multi-phase projects may be considered.
·  Aptitude for learning and understanding technology tools.
·  Preferred Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Project Management
·  Preferred Education: B.S. or B.A. in a related discipline
·  Must be able to travel nationally and globally on a regular basis – up to 50% Travel
