招聘岗位介绍 :

全面负责厂区设施维保工作

岗位具体内容：

1 严格执行公司各项规章制度及SOP规定，保证所负责的公用系统正常运行。

2 负责公司冷冻、空调、空压机、锅炉系统等及其配套系统的操作及日常维护保养工作。

3 严格执行操作规程，安全运行冷冻、空调、空调箱，空压机、真空系统等相关设备，并做好相应的记录。

4 在正常生产周期中的间歇性停工时间，对值班风机的正常运行负责。

5 负责水处理系统二氧化氯配制、监测、消毒操作并记录。

6 负责空调净化系统运行、操作。

7 发现设备发生异常或故障时，应立即向主管汇报，并配合、参与排除故障，做好相应记录。如影响生产应立即报告，并协助完成相应红牌流程确认。

6 配合主管共同做好本岗位设备的维护工作，服从工程主管班次安排。

7负责做好所辖区域的清洁工作，做到环境整洁，状态标识及时准确。

8 完成领导安排的其他工作。

9 遵守客户现场的GMP和ESH的要求和规范。

·  5年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验，有大型高端物业服务经验者尤佳；
·  持有电工上岗操作证，有制冷操作证者尤佳；
·  工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
·  良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力；
·  能承受岗位上的工作压力。
