Objective

Working with the MTV Workplace Experience team to create the best workplace in world.

This role will play a fundamental role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional and friendly manner.

The role will assist and support the Atlassian Workplace Experience team to ensure that they deliver the very best service and services at all times, and assist in the management of the workplace accordingly.

Accountabilities

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

·  Contribute to creating a customer focused environment consistent with Atlassian values and the WE team’s secret sauce “How WE Roll”
·  Demonstrate continuous effort to improve service delivery and customer service levels
·  Work cooperatively and jointly with internal (departments) and external (vendors) contacts to provide quality customer service to staff
·  Responsible for planning and managing guest services in the MTV office

Guest Services covers the following areas:

·  Reception/Visitor management
·  Mail and couriers
·  Security/Access cards
·  Stationary and business card orders
·  Visiting Atlassians
·  Manage the end to end Kudos program for the MTV office
·  Look after the swag ie. t-shirts, new starter packs, stickers
·  Assist Event Team Lead with Adhoc events
·  Answering confluence questions from staff
·  Liaising with Building management for both buildings on basic FM tasks/tickets ie. lift breakdowns, key replacements, access passes, etc
·  Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
·  Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
·  Assume responsibility for all Front of House areas ensuring they are presentable at all times
·  Provide direction and assistance with local amenities and services.
·  Order team catering and celebrations order
·  Adhere to building WHS policies and procedures including emergency procedures

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

·  Reception at 301 East Evelyn Ave. Mountain View
·  General Atlassian Workplace in support of WE Team

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

·  Support a positive team environment with a friendly and can do attitude
·  Ability to multi task while maintaining a positive outlook and proactive approach
·  Demonstrate the ability to make the customer feel that they are the only guest, and delivering an outstanding lasting impression
·  Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
·  Sound computer skills including willingness to learn Atlassian software products and tools
·  Ability to work with fellow colleagues and other wider team members
·  Build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors
·  Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace

Key Result Areas

·  Provide superior client service (85% weighting)

·  Enhance own professional and personal skills (5% weighting)

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

·  First Aid Officer desired or willingness to be trained
·  Floor Fire Warden desired or willingness to be trained
