Job description



We are looking for a FACILITY COORDINATOR to be incorporated through JLL to our client team, an IMPORTANT MULTINATIONAL COMPANY .

·  Zone :  Montevideo, Uruguay.
·  Schedule :  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
·  Type of contract : Open Ended.

Ensure an adequate quality service level according to SLAs and global corporate standards. Track expenses following a preapproved operations budget. Develop and audit consistent schedules for multiple third party vendors. Participate in regular staff meetings and communicate efficiently the key aspects of the role. Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned facilities. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage in kindly manner events and employees’ lunch services.
·  Proactive attitude resolving employee´s requests and complaints
·  Coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance routines to the existing assets.
·  Ensure adequate Health & Safety Standards according to local policies and global corporate standards.
·  Handle third party janitorial, security and maintenance companies.
·  Update procedures and manuals periodically.
·  Handle facility related purchases on a professional manner.
·  Procure supplies for multiple printing devices and fax machines.
·  Present incident reports and/or minutes of all-important events.
·  Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
·  Direct and plan essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
·  Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
·  Manage purchases process and bids.
·  Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
·  Conduct periodic surveys across the assigned facilities following the preapproved procedures and routines.
·  Coordinate vendor maintenance issues; follow up by using the appropriate software tools.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electromechanical engineer.
·  Experience is not required.
·  Availability 24/7 via phone; go to the office if necessary.
·  Intermediate English level is required to manage/complete many documents.
