岗位职责描述:

管理厂务系统设备设施运行和维护保养,包含中央空调系统、排风系统、压缩空气系统、真空系统、水泵、风机、管道、阀门、废水系统、变频器、传感器、电动执行器等

工厂设备设施资产管理,设备管理软件数据更新,持续更新现场管理SOP

制定并实施设施运行计划,保持系统设备高效运行

制定并实施维护保养计划,全面跟踪工单状态,按时完成维护保养和维修工单并在系统中关闭

向技术员提供技术支持和指导,并向技术员提供技术培训

管理厂务系统备件库,跟踪备件需求和采购进度

第三方现场维护维修供应商管理

跟踪管理法规强检,确保符合法规要求

保持完整的运行数据记录和报告

负责区域5S管理、设备异常状况及时汇报

与客户及上级保持密切的沟通

作为助理设施经理的后备支援

人员要求:

大专或以上工科类专业,机电一体化相关专业优先

持低压电气操作证

五年以上工作经验,三年以上设备管理经验,医药行业厂务相关工作经验优先

熟悉中央空调系统、排风系统、管道阀门、自动控制等工厂公用设备设施管理体系

熟悉设备设施备件管理体系

具有良好的工作计划能力和多部门协作能力

熟练操作基本的办公软件,英文具备读写能力

良好的沟通能力

身体健康、吃苦耐劳、良好的服务意识和团队精神
