Job description


·  Will be directly supporting the Facilities team in the Boston Corporate office by completing the following everyday tasks!

·  Communicating professionally and display a professional appearance and attire. Daily Sorting of Office Mail and distribution of office package deliveries
·  Routine Inpection and Inventory of Printer Areas for stocking of all printer supplies including paper, toner, printer station area pens, paper clips and other various supplies
·  Provide conference room support to include room set-up, after meeting tidying and breakdown, and restocking of conference room supplies
Weekly cleaning of heavily used touch screens and White boards in employee space
·  nventory and Stocking of Kitchen or Cafe areas.
·  Coordinate compliance documents for office vendors, contracts, access rights and equipment inventories.
·  Keeping inventory of Facilites's own storage items for shippment accross the country
·  Logging Facilites Team Work Orders Into the Corrigo Work Order System
·  Creating, Editing and Laminating Facilites Signs around the office
·  Assist in the facilites AP process by reviewing processed invoices and reanming appropriately for facilities record;. Ensure the delivery of inbound and outbound mail, express packages, and messenger orders.
·  Daily walkthrough check of lighting/light bulbs in the space and logging work orders to report lighting outages or deficiencies 
Regular inspection of Binding supplies in both Binding areas to order and stock where neccassary .
·  Routine Maintenane of Kitchen Coffe Machines incuding daily cleaning and performing neccassary weekly machine cleanings
Assisting Facilities Set up and Breakdwon special office events.
·  nventory, order and stock kitchen and cafe areas
·  Support the JLL Facilities team with related work requests as directed by leadership
