What this opportunity involves:

This is an outstanding role for an enthusiastic and dynamic administration professional! As the Executive Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of our NSW Managing Director and Australian CEO.

Snapshot of the role:

·  Administrative support for all functions relating to NSW MD role and Australian CEO (as required) including but not limited to; diary and file management, travel arrangements and expensive administration
·  Internal and client event organization, project management and delivery
·  Preparing and distributions of presentations, documents and agendas as required
·  Preparing, writing and distributing internal communications on behalf of NSW MD
·  Support to NSW Leadership Group and follow through of key tasks
·  Coordination of training, knowledge sharing and networking for NSW Support Staff
·  Bring a primary point of call for NSW MD and Australian CEO when required

This role is about your ability to take on true executive assistant-style challenges and tasks, involving quick thinking, problem solving and influencing both internally and externally.

Equally, you will be highly organized and have the ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities within stringent timelines Team this with your ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required; you will be guaranteed success in this role!

Previous high level experience supporting a senior executive and/or marketing and communications experience is desirable.
