About the role:

·  Responsible for site facilities engineering operations
·  Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff
·  Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with sites’ Management SLA
·  Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
·  The point of technical issue for FM at the site.
·  Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities
·  Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule
·  Develop of technical service standard
·  Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedure
·  Provide solutions for technical issue
·  Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a monthly basis
·  Initiate  Preventive Management Program
·  Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project Development
·  Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion
·  Management and supervision of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance on engineering systems via system vendors or JLL technician team
·  Management of parts inventory and life cycle replacement
·  Maintenance of as-fitted drawing and O&M manual
·  Assist to complete audits on engineering systems and services
·  Establishment and implementation of engineering budgets
·  Execute CAR approvals
·  Chair AEJ weekly data centre meetings
·  Operate CMR, BMR, GIM tickets
·  Organize power downs
·  Communicate with the BMO/ Landlords for building issues for site’s operations and interests
·  24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
·  Preparing incident reports
·  Assist monthly FM report
·  Delegate for the Senior Engineer as required

What this job involves:

Tuning the site to perfection

In this role, your keen understanding of several angles in the site operations is crucial. You’ll provide full maintenance site services by carrying out building procedures and performance measures to guarantee that the facility is in top shape. Working with our regional team, you’ll keep a close look at energy use, costs and building systems to find sweet spots and make informed decisions. On top of these, you should know exactly how to respond when issues come up. That’s why you’ll find it useful to always have an action plan to protect the site, and the health and safety of all staff members. Your ability to create great connections with vendors is also essential to fulfil your site’s needs.

Leading a high-powered team

You’ll play the part of both the motivator and connector who will pave the path for your team to succeed. Cultivating a culture of teamwork, excellence and sense of support should be second nature to you. You’ll also need to make sure that your team is well-trained on the ins and outs of the facilities. You’ll go hand in hand with our senior account team to come up with new ways to develop your people’s skills and improve your team’s overall growth and success potential.

This role demands your tech expertise, so you should be skilled and competent in the field. Specifically, you should have top-notch technical understanding, familiarity with EHS regulations, and experience with performance-based service contracts and vendor management. Your out-of-the-box thinking skills will also be helpful when problems and issues come your way.
