Job description



Key Tasks and Responsibilities

·  Manage the day to day processes for the Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme and the JLL’s company cars. 
·  Be the main point of contact between JLL and Arval escalating any issues where appropriate.
·  Manage the approval process for the Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme applications providing approval to Arval in line with the agreed internal approval process.  
·  Carry out National Minimum Wage checks for all applications to the ensure the NMW is not breached taking into account other Salary Sacrifice deductions.
·  Provide eligibility and leaver reports to Arval on a monthly basis in line with the agreed timescales
·  Ensure all payroll deductions for the Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme are processed on a monthly basis in line with the payroll deadlines
·  Manage the invoice process ensuring all invoices are coded correctly and invoices are approved in the Finance system.
·  Manage the leaver process for JLL leavers with an outstanding liability. Gain approval from the business where liability is funded from the contingency pot
·  Manage queries from employees and the business on the Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme and the Company Car fleet.
·  Responsible for the relationship between JLL and Arval ensuring that the scheme is administered in line with the agreed policies and procedures
·  Responsible for managing the connection between Arval and Integral Payroll
·  Responsible for maintaining work relationships with Fleet Management and take any action required for fleet e.g. processing of deductions for penalties
·  Maintain the JLL company car details on the P11d system and ensure the annual P11d’s are processed and submitted to the HMRC by the 6th July each year
·  Provide reporting to HR and Finance on the Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme as required
·  Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required.

·  A strong administration background
·  Ability to work under pressure working to tight deadlines
·  Good verbal and written communication skills
·  Excellent organisational skills
·  Ability to build relationships and work with people not located in the same office
·  A great team player
·  Strong numerical skills
·  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
·  Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel and Word
·  Knowledge of Workday and SD Worx would be advantage but not essential
