We are looking for a Business Analyst – Managed Services (MS) business line.

JLL are acknowledged industry specialists in Property and Asset Management for property investors, and our Managed Services business line is dedicated simply to adding value to our clients’ assets, reducing operational risk, and maximising value for money in the delivery of high quality landlord services to occupational tenants.

The role is at the heart of our Managed Services Transformation Programme, bridging the gap between the business and its technology and process requirements. Support transformation across the team particularly around process Improvement, helping ensure the MS Transformation Programme for the group realises its intended benefits.
Work with business SMEs and end users to capture, validate, understand, prioritise and document business requirements in a consistent and recognised format.

The successful candidate will...

·  Support Process Improvement activity, including reviewing and recording business processes in detail, process mapping, capturing new requests and requirements, championing efficiency in process design, acting as a voice for the process and critical friend to the business.
·  Collate and document detailed information into high level summaries and conversely, build out detail from high level information, including support to Project Initiation Documents and Return on Investment measures.
·  Facilitate and support workshops, capturing outputs and working closely with Process Owners and stakeholders to summarise and present findings.
·  Assimilating and assessing information to understand underlying business needs and ensure consistency of solutions with existing design decisions, completion of cost/benefit analysis, option appraisal and business case development.
·  Have full view of the Managed Services technical system landscape & work on requirements and proposed solutions keeping this landscape in mind.
·  Able to assess and understand the impact of changes to process and system and the challenges to adoption.
·  Actively identify, quantify and record all risks, issues and opportunities on applicable initiatives and projects.
