Job description



- Tasks including, but limited to: lighting replacements, plumbing repairs, furniture repair,  installing or hanging new items or equipment, coordination and set up of meetings for 
customers as requested, address needs of customer as needed.

- Provide similar services for tenants of the facility.

- Provide professional, friendly customer service in a highly interactive environment.

- Ensure customer key performance indicators are met by acknowledging and completed customer work requests on time, participating in and completing safety training's and observations, work within an outlined budget.

-Conduct work and business in an environmentally friendly way. Ensure personal safety, and the safety of others, through proper use of personal protection equipment and safe work practices.
-Participate in a projects as requested by the customer. This could include evening or weekend hours.

-Work closely and productively with other Team members on tasks and projects.
-Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating 
systems.

-Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
