ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Monitor client site via BMS. When alarms are received escalate accordingly.

·  Track each incident until its conclusion. This requires communicating with personnel at the various sites for frequent updates.

·  Communicate with onsite building personnel, or vendors, to ensure incidents are being addressed in a timely fashion.

·  Establish and coordinate bridge lines for conference calls during major events.

·  Prepare and distribute a daily report of the prior day’s incidents and status.

·  Thoroughly comprehend established rules and regulations and standard operating procedures.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency with office computers and web applications.  (MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel).

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Display strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Candidates with experience and knowledge of UPS, Generators, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Safety Equipment are desired.
