You have knowledge in following areas:
· related fields of law e.g. governance, contracts, contract administration and corporate
· fluent in English
· microsoft Office programs

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Legal Administrator you will have responsibility to keep order and structure in the function to support an effective way of working.
You will:
· support the legal team and take responsibility for tasks that arise in the course of our daily work
· provide administrative support e.g., planning and organising meetings, delivering communication for the wider organisation
· monitor, maintain and secure the corporate files/contract management within the Service Office (Storage of contracts and updates)
· maintain accurate corporate housekeeping – secure order and cancellation of proxy and power of attorney
· update and maintain legal documents, eg Frame agreements; Legal fact sheets for business units and stores
· draft accurate agreements, including collecting information, drafting, signing and archiving procedures
· Maintain and draft accurate corporate documents such as minutes of meetings and resolutions, shareholders minutes, Board of directors and Committees
· point of contact with external providers of legal services as well as authorities to support Ingka companies to fulfil local law requirements
· participate in legal projects
· support to implement standard processes and ways of working for the legal area in the Ingka Group In this role you will report to the Country Legal Manager Germany.
