Your day to day
• Training & QCI Manager position impacts on the skills, knowledge andattitudes of each hotel member• ensures that the learning and development activities supports the hotel current and future needs; consistently align the human resources to the strategy of the hotel.• Responsible for managing the hotel’s training function, including developing a team of qualified departmental trainers and establishing a system for generating training data and evaluatingresults and leading the hotel’s quality and continuous improvement philosophy.• Other duties as assigned
What we need from you
• A passion for delivering superior results.• A Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in training and people development in a well reputed 5 Star hotel.• An understanding of technology and its role inTraining and Development, from e-learning to Microsoft Office and Opera system.• Lead the Quality and Continuous Improvement process and culture within the hotel• Follow up on focus groups during process development with the areas concerned and also with areas that have completed Quality &Continuous Improvement implementation to constantly monitor effectiveness and• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
